The staff here was extremely helpful with my diet. I hit my goal after 8 weeks doing the tirzepatide injections alone with B12 injections. My B12 was very low before I lost the weight. I started around 196lbs and I'm hovering 170 now. Plus or minus 2 lbs. Unusually under 170. And my B12 was 877 a few weeks ago. I feel great and I have lot of energy. I'm 67 years old.

My husband Joe has had severe lower back pain for 15 years, due to arthritis and cysts in his lumbar spine.
