Installed an AC, nothing but problems (eg, continuous leaks, repeated maintenance required, etc.), completely unresponsive to repeated attempts asking to correct the problem. Horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Extreme Heating installed an AC unit in April 2021. The unit started over- amping while under warrantee in April 2023. I've been trying to reach out for over a week with no response. Nice people, but horrible customer service

They installed a furnace for my 80 year old mother in law. When it did not work they came out two days later and charged her for the repair( at a dcount. Big deal ). A few weeks later the unit failed to work and her condo was freezing. They never called her, my wife or myself back despite leaving messages. They never responded. We hired someone else only to learn that their work was not even up to code.We had to replace the entire unit.

Derek and his partner have now installed a heater and a new AC in my unit. Both times they've been absolutely great to work with - clear and transparent with the issues and quick on getting everything up and running in a challenging spot. Would recommend them again!
