Great company until they changed their name. Supposed to had a 10 year no hassle warranty. Unit is just now 3 years old went out yesterday. Called them up and they said they are no longer responsible because they changed their name. Why do I have written contract and a $36.00 a month service contract? They should be shut down. Same people, same phone#, same location.
