This gym is clean, has wonderful equipment, kind and friendly people and it's got a positive vibe that will keep you coming back... It has so much to choose from and there's something for everyone.

I headed back to the gym 10/28. And with only 4 days left in this year I am proud to say I'm down 10lb even with the holidays... there's nothing like waking up and getting to the gym early best way to start the day. Sure it is a small gym but the personal attention is key for me... Deanna, Frank, Katie and Loren help by motivating me & keeping on track. They are having some new programs starting Jan 1 look at the web site. Sure hope to see more people here...
Great place to workout and great coaches too.. Worked out there for a few years !!
