Has anyone ever successfully gotten this establishment on the phone? I have tried calling so many times it’s not even funny. There is no option to leave a voicemail and when they get tired of me calling someone picks up the phone and hangs it up instead of speaking to me. I have been trying to cancel my membership with them for almost four years now because I only joined while I was in town for work and I have not set foot in that town in almost four years but the one time I got someone on the phone they denied me canceling ... read more

I love the extream fitness in the Mall, but I'm looking forward to seeing the changes when they move the woman's fitness to the main building on No one south. I'm excited because they will be open 24-7.

Do not recommend nobody ever answers the phone and Iv been up there a few times and nobody answers the door. After reading these reviews it’s an ongoing thing out of other thing's I see. Took my Business to the YMCA and I’m glad I did. Their responses to some of these reviews also seem very unprofessional!
