We contracted with Chris at Extreme Exteriors LLC, in Glen Allen, Virginia, a year ago, January 2022, for siding and shutters. Most of the job was completed at the end of August 2022, but the rest has not been finished as of today, January 22, 2023 (one year). Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I have left messages with the office, sent messages on the app that they use, called Chris' phone multiple times, all to no avail. It has been over a year since my project was supposed to be finished and I'm still looking at an incomplete back porch. Most unprofessional company I have ever used by far.
This construction company is the best one out here. The owner Chris took care of our addition project from beginning to end. Always communicated with us if there was delay in getting materials. We are hiring him to build our two story deck as we speak. Thank you Chris for all you’ve done!
The pace of the project was a bit drawn out due to Covid hangover issues mostly concerning availability of materials and staffing. However, once these were resolved, the finished deck turned out to be excellent.
