We did the trapped below room and really loved it. The theme was really thought out and very immersive. Definitely can't wait to do another room.
Had a great time....the undead was a bit to hard....but over all great fun with family or freinds...which helps when I go with more than 2 people...
We have done 3 rooms so far and have had excellent customer service every time. We had an issue with one room not having a proper reset my husband called and spoke with Dalton who apologized and immediately offered us another room to make it right. When we arrived Dalton again apologized and made sure we had an awesome experience. We are very excited for the new location and hope the customer service and staff are just as amazing there.
Although it was a fun experience, I don't think it is worth $30 plus dollars. $15 would be ideal.
Had so much fun! Had a little technical difficutlies but still made it out. Would say go in a big group if you can. Definitely need to try at least once!
We went to the Undead Room for my birthday last weekend and had an absolute blast! The staff was super helpful and nice.
Definitely was a blast, it was really cool interacting with other people we didn't know. If we are in San Antonio, my wife and I will definitely come back!

This has been the best attraction we have been at. As far as a family get together it's awesome. We went in just to ask questions & ended up taking a room. We did the coal mine room & it was awesome. It really puts ur mind to work just to try to make it out before time expires. Staff was not so good at first but then they were actually pretty friendly & helpful.
