First off would like to say my buddy dropped a 2001 yzf 250 off 8 weeks ago!! No communication at all. I went there father day weekend on Friday because it was supposed to be done waited a hour and a half. For them to try and tow start it with a quad and it only ran for about 20 seconds and died so I left empty handed. Here it is this Friday I went and picked it up. With a bill of $549 and some change!! Took him like 10 kicks to get it started ran for a minute and died! He kept trying finally got it started and it was leakin... read more

They came and picked up my scooter for me, cleaned out my carb and got it back up and running again like new! Glad I found them!
The worst. First said that itd take a week to fix my bike, 2 months and new owners later i finally get my bike back. For way more than the initial quote, but i thought whatever, maybe there was alot of work. But my bike still doesn't run properly. Also they gave my bike some new dents, and returned it to me covered in mud and no gas( was full when i dropped it off) , so I strongly suggest no one ever go here, i know i never will again.
They stayed open just so I could get my tires on my bike, the COOLEST company I have ever had do business for me
It's very expensive. They don't get the job done. Never coming here again.
Worst shop ever. They had the bike for 3 weeks and didn't do crap on it. I told them I was coming with a trailer to get the bike back so they tore it down so I couldn't take it. Don't know what game they are playing but the "Extreme" in Extreme Cycle stands for Extremely bad customer service. They never even called once and acted like they were too busy to talk to me whenever I tried to check up on things. Negative 5 stars. I ordered parts from this business sometime around the middle of June and was told they'd be in available within a few days. The following week I was told it'd be a little longer. Fast forward two weeks later. I called in and the owner said his wife is "going to pick up parts today" and he'll call me back when they're in. Today is now the 29th of July. Still no reply and I've called multiple times in the past few weeks including today and no one has answered the phones. Am I missing something? This doesn't seem like them... ... read more
