If I could give a negative star I would. Incompetent, unprofessional, zero customer service, total rip off scam. Just stay away.
I recently purchased wheels for my Jaguar XJ8 from Extreme Customs, (EC). The actual buying experience was ok, but the customer service... not so much. Before I purchased the wheels, I wanted confirmation that the "spline lug nuts" came with the set, (you would think that would be a high priority for any online business), I didn't get an instant answer, it was over an hour before I got an email. Extreme customs what a joke, should rename the company more like extreme CRAP, this company was nothing but a headache to me right from the start, they promise me I would have my wheels and tires and 6 to 8 weeks turn out to be 11 1/2 months, on top of that they sent me the wrong wheels, After I contacted them and told them they sent me the wrong wheels, they told me no you changed to those wheels BULLSHIT!!! So, I ordered a set of rims before I went on vacation and was expecting them to have arrived by the time I got back (I have a friend house sitting). When I got back, I found out they were out of stock. I called Extreme Customs and spoke with Mariano, he took me from 'HOT to not', and was able to rectify the situation and get me into another set and made sure I felt satisfied. In the beginning they were the absolute best. Since they have grown their customer service has gone by the way side. Five complete sets over the past few years, the last two orders had issues. Notified their CS and they zero ownership of the issue. I’m done. I will not spend another dollar with them. Scott C
Stay away. Ordered a set of wheels and after weeks of excuses they could not even give me a expected delivery time even though they took my money. I did finally get ahold of a human being when he called to cancel my order. I did get a full refund. Do your research. If you are gave any excuse at the start of the transaction then cancel. With me it started as IT issues and my order not going through even though the money was took out of my account.
