We had a great experience with this company today my dad is a disabled veteran (Marine) and in a wheelchair his AC went out and they came as promised thank you guys so much !!!!! Great customer service if you guys need heating and air service please call them first .
I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever in my life with this company. They scheduled an appointment with me; made me wait for 10 hours. No phone calls no show. They kept telling me that the technician would call me and show up every time I called.
Its one of the coldest day in Atlanta. Our parents (in thier late 80's) had gas/heating issues. I called extreme HVAC explaining the the situtaion of no heat and hot water. It was of an urgent nature. Jennifer their Front Desk was so kind and helpful to speak with their technicians in the field. Scott made it a priorty and went over to fix it. Jennifer and Scott thank you for taking care of my parents urgent situation. You guys provided an excellent experince, with utmost compassion. May God bless you.
Luke is very professional and upfront. When Luke came to work on my A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about. What happened and what I need to get it back running fast. Need more Luke's in the world.
