Had to change appointment time due to scheduling and he worked it out right away! Everything looks GREAT! We have had our carpets done numerous times, and this is the best, didn’t know our tile could look so beautiful. Also as far as convenience, the drying time and the carpet was shorter than any we have used in the past, no puddles between tile and carpet. Makes a huge difference, when you have pets on cutting the drying time. Thank you again!!
Aaron couldn't come on the Saturday we had hoped for, so he offered to come on a Sunday, and didn't even hesitate when I suggested 8 am. He arrived a bit early to set up, knocked on our door at precisely 8 am, and did an amazing job on our rental carpet, which is saying a lot because we have a dog and two little boys. We have low grade carpet that was put in when the house was built and it stains so easily, no matter how fast we clean it up. In about an hour and a half, 10 years worth of stains were gone. Very impressed and happy.
