I'm not sure how this company has five star reviews. I'm guessing they were not given by actual customers. They were hired to clean the carpets in our new house (which we had not moved into yet) and when we got there, couldn't even tell they had "cleaned" anything. Usually, you see the tracks of the tool, but there were very few of them. I ran a vacuum over the stairs and there was dirt and hair in the canister. There are stains everywhere. Completely unprofessional. They don't show up on time and then get defensive when confronted about their lack of professionalism and tardiness. I don't understand how this company is still in business. Would not recommend anyone to hire this company.
I have used Extreme Clean for years and have never experienced a problem. They are professional and courteous. They do stand behind their work with their 100% guarantee. I was truly amazed when they were able to undue bleach spots in my carpet and make it look like it never happened.
