I wanted to schedule biweekly housekeeping services. When I originally called, we scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 12:30. At almost 2 on Monday, I contacted them to see if they planned on coming because I had heard nothing. I was told that the person was “sick in bed with a fever” on Monday and rescheduled to today at 12:30 (Wednesday). At 2:00 again, I asked if there was a reason that she did not show up. We had Extreme Clean scheduled to come do a move out cleaning service. I had to reschedule for a week later and the person on the phone said I could call to let them know the date. I called to confirm the new date, but nobody picked up. I left a message and I did not receive a response back. My husband called them too and nothing. Moving out is a stressful experience and to have a cleaning company not respond is just another stressor I did not need.
