I had a minor flood in my basement and Pete did such an excellent job helping me. Got it dried out quickly and then he put a new pad in and cleaned the carpets and it looks great. Definitely recommend this company

I never write reviews, but I had to this time due to the lack of professionalism I received over the weekend. I had been using Extreme Carpet for years to pick up, clean and deliver rugs. I haven't used them in a couple years since I had moved and then got new rugs. This time, I sent 7 rugs ranging from a 9x12 to a runner. 6 of the 7 were new and just had dirt tracking from walking on them.
