I have used this car wash many times and had no problem. BUT....beware. I washed my car 1 hr. Later,I went home and removed the tape from back windshield wipers. When I pulled it off the paint was on the tape...not my car. I went back about an hour later and showed them the tape and the missing car paint. They kept telling me it had never happened before. Never had a problem with them at all. I do the monthly plan and go ALL the time.
Not happy with this place right now. Debited my account on 8-24-17 now my pass don't work because they have updated the system. I had to pay cash because I was already in line. Said I had to update my account due to the new system. I guess I won't be back. Sure hope they don't hit me up for more$$ out of my account since I haven't updated.
I pay monthly and love the car wash but yesterday had a guy direct me to far onto the guides and has messed my wheel up on back driver side. Upset to say the least.
