I hired this company to completely redo our master bath. It was the project from hell. John quotes two weeks; it took almost 6 months. He promised no subcontractors; it was all subcontractors. Drunk, high, shirtless. My whole house smelled of alcohol when they were there. Found out at the end he didn’t pull any permits for any of the work. The work speaks for itself so I’ll share photos. We hired John to reface our commercial building in Southgate, MI. We got his contact via another handyman that works for us. We were extremely pleased with Extreme Building's workmanship, quality and responsiveness. They are worth every penny you pay! I highly recommend them.
John and his crew did a fantastic job with our master bath remodel. All of the crew were very polite, arrived every day and on time, and did quality work. I thought that the price was reasonable too. And when there were minor lingering issues (no fault of the contractor), John was very responsive and rectified them quickly. Our finished bathroom looks amazing. 5 stars all the way!
Really outstanding job remodeling our guest bathroom, starting with tear down to the studs. Really good construction skills, excellent attention to detail. Contractor worked with us to optimize choice of materials consistent with our quality and cost goals. They completed the job on time and on budget. Good communication throughout the course of the job. Very respectful of our home - they arrived and left on time and consistently cleaned up after themselves. I’d definitely use this company for a future job.
John and his TEAM have done several jobs at our home to include install of a bidet plus removal of old wooden porch deck and steps replacing them with composite decking/steps. Very professional from start to finish. Will definitely continue using them for other home projects.
