Horrible!!!! They sold us a lemon and did not do anything to make it right. I was beyond desperate for a car to get my husband and I to work. Beyond our better judgment we paid $3700 for a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis GS. ONE WEEK AFTER WE GOT IT THE BRAKES WENT OUT! Not too hard of a fix, but rediculous none the less.
