Problems from the start. We had 3 issues almost immediately when they had to come out bc we had no a c. But mostly they didn’t connect one of the wireless Resideo/Honeywell wireless thermostats. Left us a brochure to do it ourselves and walked out. Resideo tech support tried walking us thru it many times but they got stumped each time. Extreme air wouldn’t come out again to set it up (too far).The unit is defective re wiring to the internet tho it does work manually.
