The tour cancellations haven't stopped with Extranomical. This company has not improved from older reviews made prior to mine. They're still cancelling tours which makes them unreliable. I booked a Monterey-Carmel tour 2-3 months in advance. My group was told that the bus had mechanical problems and that another bus would take us on our tour. That never happened. Bad experience! They do not honor their cancellation refund policy! I had reserved and paid for Extranomical Yosemite tour booking on 2/14/2020 with a tour date of 3/22/2020 for the amount of $628 and was cancelled by phone call on 3/5/2020. Multiple follow up emails have been sent beginning on 3/19/2020, since that time and still no resolution nor have I spoken to anyone in senior management. We took the Muir Woods Sonoma-Napa Valley Wine tour today and had a wonderful time! The three Micro winery’s we visited had excellent wines and courteous service. Our tour guide, Kimmy, was extremely well informed about the areas we were visiting and the sites along the drive. I can’t say enough about her! She was enthusiastic and loves San Francisco sharing true stories about landmarks. Loved her choice of music to play during the drive too. Overall a very enjoyable 9 hour tour. Thank you!

Wow! What an amazing trip we had! Kimmie blew me away! I had 2 friends with me and we are all Native San Franciscans so she had her work cut out for her lol. DJ Kimmie was one of her nicknames. She played the best tunes, she had the best attitude, and kept us all on time. The ride was smooth and I was surprised to find out more about the city I grew up in and love. A fabulous day- trip from San Francisco, experiencing Forest Bathing amongst the redwoods AND wine tastings! Thanks to our lovely guide Jason and also to the Admin team (unsung heroes) for looking after me so well. Highly recommended!

We did the Yosemite Day Tour on Wednesday 30th October with Denise Carrera, we had an awesome day, the park was amazing but the whole experience was so much better for having Denise as our guide. We felt safe, very informed and enjoyed the day thoroughly, thanks!!
