Very disappointed. My mother was released from the hospital at 3pm with a 4hr O2 tank. We were PROMISED the new O2 equipment would be delivered by 7pm. At 7pm had to call the company and was on hold for 10 minutes while they "tried" to call the driver. A manager finally arrived at about 7:40 with a temporary setup.
