They are paying to get bad reviews taken down because they actually scam people. Richard was extremely nice at first, and then once I started asking a bit too many questions about a machine, he literally told me to F-Off to my face, all because I wanted to know what my warranty would actually cover. Extremely bad service and unprofessional.

I paid approximately $28,000 for a HydraMaster truck-mount carpet cleaning machine that I purchased for my business. I made this significant investment expecting professional equipment that would perform according to the specifications and information provided to me. Helpful and professional
These guys are the most helpful individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! Even FaceTimed me and walked me thru it before taking it to the shop! And that’s killer considering I’m 3 hours away! Definitely recommend them if you got any time of machinery that relates! They are the best hands down!
