RecommendedI recommend the shatter if you are faced with chronic inflammation/pain. For me it does not take it away but makes it much more manageable. I am able to stand up all day and do physical work because of it. I also enjoy the crumbles from time to time. But always have the shatter on hand for it is the strongest form.
