Education on disability laws is certainly needed.
Stop illegally denying access to legitimate Service Animals. There is NO "registration" for Service Animals in the United States. That you would illegally demand such from a disabled person until you triggered her illness makes you not only lawbreakers but lacking compassion. If you don't follow the simple rules for Service Animals, one has to wonder what other rules you ignore.
Better education in regards to service dog laws. There are no LEGAL registrations.

This business treated my friend and I like garbage because we are disabled. The lack of respect and ignorance by the staff led to me (a disabled person) have a medical episode outside of their restaurant. Let me tell you all about it!! After making it five feet in the door the host informed us our dogs must have a “license” or “identification card” to have access to the restaurant, because that is what their county health department told them.
