We found this gem last Spring. The Ceviche Tacos (which with the raw tuna alone, you can't make for less than $2) and the Potato Bravas won us over immediately. Every time we travel to KC, my husband and I stop at Extra Virgin. The tacos and potatoes are always a regular on our visit, but we always enjoy trying something new - especially the seasonal steak items. Always superb service with great timing presenting the tapas. Bravo, Extra Virgin!
