I don't know if it's the small city vibe of San Clemente but the staff at Extra Storage has always been amazing to me when I needed them. Truly a different level of customer service. They have been flexible when I needed to change moving dates and there is always someone available if need anything. The facilities are very convenient because all the units are drive up units so you have direct access to them. I have had a unit at Extra Storage 3 times now and this is the only place I would use.
