Marty inspected an older house for me and was very thorough with the inspection. His report was detailed and pointed out everything that is and everything that could become an issue in the future. I highly recommend Marty for your home inspection needs.

The owner Marty Melms came out to inspect the house we're purchasing. He's a pleasant guy, but did a poor job of reporting the items found while inspecting the house. For the $300 we spent on the inspection, I do not feel we got a good deal. He at first said that he wasn't going to inspect anything in the attic, just simply poke his head in the attic and take a look around. When I told him he needed to inspect the attic, he did.
