First off, Kelly, the manager, has very poor communication skills. The staff are not on the same page, and it often feels like they change their stories to cover for one another. My unit has had three separate rate increases with no notice, explanation, or communication from management. The most amazing staff! Management worked with me as I navigate a complex issue with my account. I was sitting I t he storage awaiting the confirmation of an Airbnb and without hesitation the manager came in and offered me a seat in the office. Cooler, great convo, and pure warmth! Mrs. Kelly was amazing, shoot she even opened up a few mins early just to help me. I didn’t know how to get in the door and she came and helped me with that, and then came and took all my stuff in storage for me and I didn’t even ask, she insisted. She helped me all the way till the end and made sure I was good even after that, so I can say thank you to Mrs. Kelly she made me feel right at home being the first one I seen coming into my new place. I def recommend people to come here, it’s all love!
