I loved my time and experience at Extra Space Storage! Everyone that worked there was always a joy to deal with and talk to. I loved the ease of being able to use the app they have to pay my bill or print off receipts from when I paid. It was simple to update my info on the app when I had lost my old phone and had to get a new number. Extra Space Storage a very clean and well maintained storage facility. Never had any issues. They were great. There were a few rate increases, but they are automatic. A call to the facility always got it sorted.
