Called about a 10x10 unit to get clarification regarding if the unit was climate controlled or not… was told it was indoors… Went and did all the paperwork online. Went to the unit and found out it was not climate controlled. A simple yes or no answer would have been fine… Ended up getting the run around and going to a location that ended up being the wrong one. Ended up being charged multiple times then refunded due to the miscommunication. Unit is new and clean.
This place has all the bells and whistles! It is so nice, clean, and new. The security cameras give you great peace of mind, and the gate operates right from your phone, very high-tech and convenient. But what really made the experience exceptional was Mark, the manager. He is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. His customer service is outstanding and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
