What a great experience!! I booked a new storage unit online with ease, received directions right away on how to access the unit and the best part was the customer service that I received on my first trip to the unit. I was met by Tre, who so kindly offered to show me around even though it was much earlier than the office even opened. He explained everything and offered to help with whatever I needed. What a gem. Thank you!!
We have had an excellent experience here! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is the customer service. Tri has been absolutely amazing to work with. Highly recommend! This was my first time using a storage unit and it was a huge help during my move. The unit was clean, the furniture dollies on site were very convenient, and the customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Tri for all your help!
