I arrived at the Midwood Extra Space location at 3:52pm on Sunday with a rented truck and a load of items destined for my unit. The posted hours on the gate and on the Extra Space website state 4:00pm closing on Sundays. A staff member came out and shouted across the yard that they were closed. He refused to come closer, and after several minutes of yelling back and forth he went back inside without resolving anything. Dwayne was very friendly and explained everything clearly to me. All my questions were answered and I appreciated that Dwayne took the time to show me my storage unit and how to use the lock. I also noticed that the facility is very clean. Will definitely recommend.
