Lynn was a great help when I was trying to figure out my needs for a storage unit. She was diligent, efficient, and always friendly. I ended up with a unit that will be the perfect size for what I need. The facility is clean, quiet, and easily accessible. 10/10 renting experience
On a recent move to SC from NJ I had several storage units with extra space and found them to very very accommodating.
The gentleman taking the reservation was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He made it easy to set up my account. The manager "Annie" was great. She walked me through finding our unit and how to store items for best results.
Ms Annie is very efficient, professional and pleasant. She took care of everything quickly and easily. I would recommend anyone who needs storage to check Extraspace.
Very pleased with the process of leasing a unit from out of state. The staff made it so easy to do long distance and were extremely friendly and helpful! We are setting up a condo and needed help with receiving deliveries and placing in our storage unit. I called several places but none of them offered quite what I was looking for.
