My experience booking our storage unit online was easy and seamless. The code to enter came by text. We unloaded using the trolly carts provided and I returned the unneeded lock to the office for refund. The staff was polite and accommodating. The entire facility is clean and well tended. I highly recommend Extra Storage Space on Palmetto Street in Florence.
Aj provided me with the best experience, came in told him what I would be storing and he let me know my beat option and I'm extremely satisfied with my unit. That guy has some of the best customer service I've ever had. 10 out 10 recommend!
