Ismail helped me out today! I was stressin but he took care of everything for me and got me back on track
I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. My unit flooded with a leaking pipe and got completely infested with rats. I also added insurance to the unit to protect my valuables, but there was a clerical error in which it was never added after requesting it. Manager, Jesse, denied that any error was made and escalating it made no difference. Next step is reporting to BBB. Please see all pictures! Please put your items elsewhere, and save yourself the money and headache!
The customer service was amazing! They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend anyone in the Rockville/Bethesda are co tact extra space storage foe your storage needs!
