When I made my reservation, I specifically asked the representative whether the 10x20 unit had large, wide access doors. I was told that it did. However, when I arrived at the storage facility, I discovered that the unit I had been assigned had the smaller-style door instead. The local facility informed me that a 10x20 multi-door unit with larger access doors was available. I have been renting here for quite a while, and I wanted to recognize Rashawna for the outstanding job she does managing this facility. From the moment you walk in, it is obvious that she cares about both the property and the customers. The facility is consistently clean, organized, and well maintained.
