Imani is tops, in terms of following up, explaining the process, and on-site management. We downsized and moved across country from east to west this past January, and rented a storage unit in the desert, where we were thinking of moving. Decided on LA instead, and so begins our transition. As compared to our desert digs, Extra Storage is a dream. Well run, seamless on-site access, secure, and friendly. Great customer service, Imani was outstanding!
They gave me excellent service when renting a 10×10 unit. Very friendly and hospital service. I recommend renting a unit here if you need one.
George at Extra Space Storage was very kind, helpful, and supportive. He made the process easy and stress-free. Really appreciate his great customer service!
The staff was very nice and explained everything and the prices are good. I do recommend to come here.
