I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Theresa for her outstanding customer service. I already had a storage unit but needed a larger space. Theresa was incredibly patient and took the time to show me all the different options so I could find the unit that worked best for me. She never made me feel rushed and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I have rented a storage unit here for about a year, primarily for my work supplies that need to be stored in a temperature controlled place. The location is extremely convenient for me, my gym is a across the street, there’s a FedEx right next door and Costco. The manager of this is also super helpful, I accidentally locked my keys/phone/purse in my car and Walker helped me to contact AAA, and then helped to get AAA into the secured area to my car. Teresa is amazing, she has helped me and our non profit organization with all of our needs and questions! She is always aware of things and what’s going on and always keeping up with the establishment and making sure things run smoothly! Great clean storage facility!
