I went to rent a storage unit at the ExtraSpace storage facility on Walbert Avenue in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Chris was the representative on site, and she was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and helpful,; took the time to show me two different size units for comparison. The process of renting the unit and establishing an account was very easy. What highly recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit

Safe, clean and reasonably priced storage facility. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I do highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Also I have to mention that the workers especially the office staff is amazing, they are always willing to help and offer real genuine customer service.
