My experience with extra space Storage has always been positive. This is my third year with them. They are very helpful And help me get the discount that I have they are warm, friendly courteous. It is one of the reasons I continue to keep coming back.
The set up process over the phone was clear. The customer support person was very helpful with testing my account and storage unit.
Another bad encounter with the woman that works at extra storage . She has the most nasty demeanor I have ever encountered . You aren’t mandated to chose a lock from ES storage unit you can definitely bring ur own . She told me that if I can’t afford a lock then I shouldn’t be renting , I didn’t want ur lock bc I had already had one from other storage location which was far away. This behavior is unexpectable .
