This is the first time I rented storage space. I rented a 10x10 online. The process was simple and easy to follow. I already had a lock so I didn’t need the one that was in the unit. Well, first of all I was having trouble sliding the catch over. I eventually went down to the office and the girl Took me by a unit and said sometimes you have to push down on the handle. Well, she knew what she was talking about and very helpful and courteous. That was a great experience for me. Nice employees there.

Kayla did an excellent job setting me up for my new unit. I even snagged a 1st level unit! Kudos to both Kayla and Lonnie at the front office!

Ended up homeless and struggling to makes ends meet… have jobs but car issues at the same time… kayla was such a big help and made the whole process smooth and simple… helped me budget a little more with the payment price options and just made the whole thing worth the time ti go in and talk to her. Thank you kayla!

Very spacious. Very clean. Secure and Air Conditioned. Customer service at the front desk always very good and welcoming.
