Your Storage Manager, in Rockledge, Kayla, was the best customer service person I have encountered in a very long time! I have hired, trained, and evaluated many in the field of Customer Service. By far, Ms Kayla was genuine, thoughtful, and engaging! She deserves a raise or praise at the very least!
The manager at the Barnes location was very understanding and very helpful in explaining stuff to me, I would recommend everyone to use you guys. I was a little confused on a few things, and she explained it to me. So I understand now better these guys are awesome.You need to keep her, thank you
