DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS — THOSE WERE FOR EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, NOT STORAGE STAR Storage Star taking over this Extra Space Storage location has been an absolute downgrade in customer service. My husband has repeatedly tried to resolve an issue by phone, yet his calls have not been returned. He called from HIS number and left a voicemail on August 13. Instead of returning HIS call, Storage Star somehow located MY phone number in the account records and TEXTED ME that same day. They have continued texting me even after it... read more
