I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Lauren. She was professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. I felt I could trust her with all my questions and concerns—she explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple. It’s rare to find someone who combines competence with genuine care, and Lauren absolutely does. Highly recommend.

The manager, Lauren, was very helpful. Not pushy. She knows the rules and able to present as the expert that she is. Made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and respect of Extra Space Storage.

We had to store a large portion of our lives due to a job opportunity in NYC, and Frances made the entire process much easier. She was an angel! She showed us both of our units, clearly explained everything we needed to know, and went above and beyond to help us. We accidentally reserved a third unit, and Frances called us several times to check whether we still needed it or if the reservation had been made by mistake. Her kindness, attentiveness, and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. Thank you, Frances!

When I searched for a nearby storage facility, I expected to find the typical companies I’d known. But when I saw the bright green doors of the units, I decided to checked them out. I couldn’t be happier that I did. The prices were very reasonable, the property and units are clean, and the manager at my location, Francis, is amazing! She is very professional, friendly and accomodating. I am so glad I found them and will recommend this company to everyone who needs storage. Thank you Francis!
