Rented what turned out to be the last available unit. When I arrived, the latch appeared to have been previously cut and I couldn't open it. After multiple calls to a call center, my only option to reach someone local was during office hours the following morning — a real problem when you're mid-move. It was wonderful to meet Susan at Extra Space Storage. Susan is very kind and a wonderful person. She help me and explained which storage to choose and why. Susan took her time and walked down the isle to show me the units. I 'am very please with my choice. I recommended this place for anyone who lived closed by or around the area. A++ customer service.
