Predatory price hikes. They waited until I was out of state in the military to try and double my rate within a year. I threatened legal pursuit, and they back down. Now they have tried to increase it again! Last time I called, they stated "market standard" but if I search the area, every other self storage in Hollister has units for 50-60% of what they are trying to charge me. Might just sue at this point. Today they tried to charge me an extra 25% without any form of notice, no email or mail. Illegal!
Walked in to rent a storage unit and had the pleasure of working with Edwin. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the different unit sizes. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for storage.
