Great Customer Service and very clean
Mice Infestation!!! We have been told that they cannot guarantee a rodent free storage. We had two storage units we had been renting for almost a year with no issues. We combined them into one of the largest storage units that backs up to San Felipe road and we now have a mouse infestation. I let management know and she immediately blamed us even though everything in the unit had been at this facility for a year already.
