Ive been here for many years, probably 13+ and never missed a payment. they raised my rent another $50. there are new people coming in at $107-161 for a 10x10 I can't wait to move. 200 is way too much and the fact that they raise your rent every 6 months is absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather throw all my stuff out then pay this astronomical price gouge. couple more years and it'll be the same price as a studio apartment. it's the most backwards way to do business, punish good tenants like me till they leave. oh well have fun ... read more
