My experience with Extra Space Storage has been excellent, both over the phone and in person. A significant part of this positive experience is due to the helpfulness and professionalism of Cory Stampley. Additionally, I found the facility to be clean, well-automated, and conveniently located.
Maintenance workers were there to repair a plumbing problem. Nice guys. I had to make 2 trips in to the location after being told that there was a water leak. Total cost of over $55 for gas plus over 4.5 hours travel time. I have requested compensation for my expense. I was supposed to be called 2 weeks ago but never got a call.
Cory was very helpful when I rented here.
Erin was a big help. I had trouble with my unit and she was able to quickly resolve my issue and get me on my way. Thanks, Erin !!!!
