Our family rented a unit shortly after this location opened in 2024. The customer service was courteous and professional from the very start. There were no hidden fees with the move in special like it is with some other storage places. It was easy to contact Terry and her team when we had questions. When it was time, the move out process was easy and smooth. I highly recommend this site and thank you for a great experience!!
A few weeks before notifying Terry, the property manager, about rodent activity in my unit, I noticed a pungent odor on the third floor and a stain near my unit, which appeared to originate from a new neighboring renter. On 09/12/25, while visiting my unit with my mother, I discovered rodent droppings in the unit. I immediately alerted Terry, who apologized and provided gloves so I could clean the space. The manager was extremely helpful in gaining access to a locked unit in a time of need. Not only was she very helpful but she was very pleasant throughout.
Great customer service
I had a horrible experience with Terri who works the desk. I've been renting from Extra Space Storage since the end of February 2025 about 8 months. I have been there plenty of times with my service dog and she only ever told me to just keep her on a leash. My service dog is a small 7 pound little Cavapoo and stands by my side well behaved, doing nothing wrong. I have had my dog there plenty of times.
