The storage facility is clean, but my comment is about one of the staff members particularly the big chick who works in the office seem to have a problem with manners she made it seems as though I was taking up her time when I was in the office but I maintained my decorum the couple of times that I had to go in there, I figured she was miserable cause she was fat, other than that I would still recommend use of the facility.
The reason why I love Extra Space Storage, because it is a good location for me. the unique about this place is you can keep your things for as long as you want to with out any giving you a hard time. Yes every time I went in to pay my bill I always got great service every one that works their always took the time to talk and help you if you did not understand something. my Pauline

I have never had to store my belongings before and I really did not know what size unit I would need. Linda was very helpful in helping me determine the size needed. She was able to answer all of the questions I had as well. I found the unit and facility very clean and easy to access. I would recommend this facility based on my experience. E. Rothweiler

This place has an average facility but access is very limited. We chose them over their competitors from their "web special". The web page kept giving errors when trying to make the reservation, so I called their customer service line and said I saw this price. They must have ignored me and never gave it to me. I did not realize this until I had my stuff sent there. They told me they would review the "recording" and see if it was offered. Nevermind that it is all over their WEB PAGE!!! Upon the death of my sister, I needed to get a storage unit for my nephews for a period of time. I found the management staff at Goochland Self Storage very pleasant to deal with. They were prompt in getting back to me and very courteous, The location was convenient and their rates were competitive as well.
