We spoke on the phone with a rep from extra space and were going to reserve a small unit, then we were told we could get a larger unit at a great price. So we went with that unit. When we got there with all our stuff they said we needed proof of insurance or we'd have to buy their insurance... not sure why he didn't mention this on the phone...so there was an extra $50 even though we gave them our proof of insurance the next day. Then 4 months later we get a note saying our "great rate" is now going to increase by $30/month.... read more
