We took my toddler grandson for a his first haircut and it went so much better than I ever expected. Kate was so patient and knew exactly what to do and when to make it the best experience.
Extra Care Hair is amazing. It's quiet and easy going, and a super autism-friendly environment. They treat us with respect and genuine care. I love that they actually remember my son's hobbies and have conversations about things that interest him. <3
This was a wonderful salon experience for my autistic daughter who is 4 years old. We had struggled with the thought of/idea of the environment plus a haircut itself being too overstimulating for her. So thankful we found this place and continue to go back for each needed haircut.
I’ve been going to Kristen for 8 years now. Kristen is the best cosmetologist. She is patient and does great work. I come in for color services and leave satisfied and happy with my new hair.
