I had a great experience here. Angela was extremely helpful with any needs I had. I work outta state so I relied on her quite frequently. No pest issues in the unit I had. Will use this facility again if I need storage.
It is a very dirty place with lots of animals. In two weeks the mice chewed some of my things and the staff. It is very bad.
The management is easy to deal with and the payment/signup portion is very user friendly. My only issue came when we went to get our items out of the unit and found some sort of pest damage. I assume with the way the chew marks looked that it was some sort of rat or mouse. There was also small spots of what smells like urine. I thought I was in the clear since I have the insurance for my unit. I contacted the insurance company with the help of the Extra Attic manager and they denied the claim citing that they don’t cover rod... read more
This is one of the best storage units in the area! I highly recommend it because of their great customer service, no admin fees, and cozy atmosphere. Rock on Extra Attic!
